1. General
The website korratech.gr ("the Store") is an online store selling electronics and related products, owned by the sole proprietorship identified above. Use of the Store constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2. Orders
Submitting an order through the Store constitutes an offer to purchase by the customer. The sales contract is considered concluded once the Store confirms the order (confirmation email).
3. Prices
All listed prices include VAT. The Store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, except for orders already confirmed.
4. Availability
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Store will promptly inform the customer and offer either to wait or to cancel with a full refund.
5. Payment Methods
Card (Visa/Mastercard), IRIS, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, or any other payment method shown as available at checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Store (text, images, logos, design) is the intellectual property of KORRATECH or third-party suppliers/manufacturers and is protected under Greek, EU, and international law.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Store makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of information (descriptions, prices, availability), but does not guarantee it is entirely free of errors. The Store is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Store, beyond what is mandatorily required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Piraeus have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules on jurisdiction.
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, as well as the Greek Consumer Ombudsman.
10. Manifest Pricing Error & the Store's Right to Cancel
Despite our efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, a product may occasionally be listed with an obviously incorrect price due to human or technical error during data entry (e.g. €10 shown instead of €100).
In such a case, the Store reserves the right, under the Greek Civil Code's provisions on mistake (Articles 140-143), to unilaterally cancel the order, whether before or after any automated confirmation email has been sent, and even if payment has already been made. In that case:
- We will promptly inform the customer of the error and the correct price of the product.
- We will offer the option to proceed at the correct price, or to cancel the order.
- If payment has already been taken and you choose to cancel, we will refund the full amount promptly, using the same payment method you used.
A manifest error means a price deviation so significant that an average, reasonably attentive consumer could reasonably recognize it as a technical/human error rather than a genuine offer (the legal doctrine of mistake/manifest error, Articles 140-143 of the Greek Civil Code).
