2. What Data We Collect
- Identity & contact details: full name, email, phone, shipping/billing address.
- Order data: purchase history, products, amounts.
- Technical data: IP address, cookies, browsing data (see Cookie Policy).
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers (banks/Viva/Nexi/PayPal) — we do not store card details on our own servers.
3. Purpose of Processing
- Processing and delivering orders.
- Issuing invoices/receipts (via myDATA/AADE, as required by law).
- Communicating with you about your order.
- Sending our newsletter, only if you have given your consent.
- Complying with tax/accounting obligations.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on the performance of the sales contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, point b of the GDPR), on compliance with legal obligations (Article 6, paragraph 1, point c of the GDPR), and, for the newsletter, on your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, point a of the GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Data Recipients
Your data may be shared with: courier companies (for delivery), payment providers, the Greek Tax Authority (AADE, via myDATA), and technical infrastructure providers (hosting). We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Retention Period
Order data is retained for as long as required by tax legislation (typically 5 years). Newsletter data is retained until you withdraw your consent.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to the use of your data. You can exercise these rights via the "My Data" page in your account, or by emailing info@korratech.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures (HTTPS encryption, restricted admin access, 2FA) to protect your data.
9. Age Limit
Use of the Store and submission of personal data requires that you are over 16 years old. If you are under 16, you need the consent of a parent/guardian to create an account or make a purchase.
10. Product Reviews
If you leave a review/comment on a product on the Store, you are responsible for the content you write. Content must not be offensive, false, infringe the rights of third parties, or contain personal data of other individuals. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate the above, without prior notice.
