1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Under Greek Law 2251/1994 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
2. Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Not have been used, installed, or activated (where relevant, e.g. software, SIM cards).
- Be accompanied by all accessories, manuals, promotional gifts, and proof of purchase.
- Show no signs of wear beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed products that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, digital content delivered immediately with your consent, and products made to your specifications/personalized.
3. How to Return
You have two options:
- Return to our physical store (Aitolikou 80, Piraeus) — the recommended option, as it allows us to check the product's condition/quality immediately and process your refund faster.
- Ship via courier to our address, at your own cost. This cost is borne by the customer as provided by law (Article 3ia, Law 2251/1994), provided you have been informed in advance — as you are being informed now by this text.

4. Inspection & Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product (condition, completeness), we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
If the product is returned incomplete, damaged beyond reasonable wear, or without its accessories, we reserve the right to proportionally reduce the refund amount, in line with the reduction in the product's value.
5. Defective Products / Legal Warranty
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, every product is covered by the 2-year statutory warranty for genuine defects, under the Greek Civil Code. In this case, return/shipping costs are borne by us, not the customer.
